Age Access Restriction Statement
This aquatic observation logging service is exclusively accessible to users who have attained the age of eighteen (18) or older. The service strictly excludes minors from all access permissions, including account registration, content uploading, data viewing and other core functions. The operator does not collect any information belonging to minors. Any access and usage behavior from underage users is unauthorized, and users who falsely declare their age shall bear all corresponding legal risks and liabilities independently.
Preface
This Privacy Policy clarifies the data collection standards, processing methods, storage specifications and user rights clauses adopted by Feslan operator (hereinafter referred to as “Us”) for the aquatic log service. This policy binds both the platform operator and registered end users (hereinafter referred to as “You”). Accessing and using any functional module of Feslan indicates that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this policy. If you refuse to accept any clause herein, you are not authorized to use our application and related services.
1. Data Category & Collection Rules
We follow the principle of transparency and data minimization, and only collect essential data required to support aquatic diary recording and intelligent data analysis functions. The data we process is divided into user-submitted content and system-generated analytical data, and no sensitive private information will be collected without your explicit authorization.
1.1 User Submitted Content: Refers to all content actively created and uploaded by you, including aquatic organism photos, tank environment snapshots, customized text observation logs, feeding records, water quality parameter notes and other manually edited log content. All submitted content is independently owned by you.
1.2 System Generated Analytical Data: Based on your daily recorded logs and uploaded content, our system automatically generates derivative data including growth trend curves, water quality change statistics, feeding cycle analysis and aquatic activity reports. Such analytical data is for your personal reference only.
1.3 Basic Operational Logs: We anonymously collect non-identifiable operational data such as application startup time, function usage habits and crash logs to stabilize product operation and optimize aquatic log related functions. Such data cannot be located to a single specific user.
2. Legal Basis & Usage Scope of Data
We process your data based on your voluntary authorization and legitimate service operation needs. All collected data shall never be used for unauthorized commercial promotion or third-party data leasing. The permissible usage scope is limited to the following scenarios:
• Store and display your aquatic observation logs, uploaded pictures and realize intelligent data calculation to generate exclusive aquatic analysis reports;
• Optimize core functions such as log editing, data statistics and content sorting according to user usage habits;
• Solve software failures, repair functional defects and provide after-sales technical support for users;
• Comply with enforceable legal regulations and respond to official inquiries from competent regulatory authorities.
3. Data Storage & Security Protection Mechanism
To protect your private aquatic recording data, we implement differentiated storage strategies for different types of data, and deploy multi-layer security encryption measures throughout data transmission and storage procedures.
User submitted logs and photos are stored in user’s local device by default. The cloud synchronization function is an optional paid-free service controlled entirely by users. After you activate cloud synchronization, all log data will be encrypted and stored in an isolated cloud server. We adopt end-to-end encryption technology, and only authorized users have the decryption permission.
You can delete any single log record or completely clear all cloud data at any time. Once the data is deleted, the system will permanently erase relevant content from local devices and cloud servers without reserved backup copies. The anonymous operation logs will be automatically cleaned up every 20 days to reduce redundant data storage risks.
4. Data Sharing & Confidentiality Boundaries
Feslan never shares, sells or trades your aquatic observation photos, text logs and personalized analysis data with any third-party merchants, organizations or individuals under conventional operating circumstances. We regard user’s log content as core confidential assets of the platform.
We only disclose user data under special statutory conditions: receiving valid court subpoenas and administrative investigation notices issued by national legal institutions; or taking necessary measures to eliminate potential safety hazards to users, the public and the platform itself. For third-party cloud service partners involved in data storage, we will sign exclusive confidentiality agreements and restrict all data access behaviors of partners.
5. User Independent Rights & Responsibilities
As the sole owner of all aquatic observation logs and corresponding analytical data, you enjoy comprehensive data management rights: you have the right to view, edit, download and export all recorded content and statistical data; you can turn off the cloud synchronization function and withdraw your data authorization to the platform at any time; you are entitled to apply for permanent account cancellation and clear all associated data.
Meanwhile, you shall assume corresponding usage responsibilities: you shall not upload illegal, obscene, violent and other prohibited content; you are forbidden to use this platform to collect data of other users or crack the system to obtain unauthorized information; all legal disputes caused by illegal uploaded content shall be borne solely by you.
6. Policy Iteration & Notification Rules
The platform reserves the right to adjust and revise this privacy policy according to service function upgrades, data security strategy updates and legal policy adjustments. The revised policy will be directly published on the dedicated privacy page inside the application, with the latest update time marked conspicuously on the top of the document.
The continuous use of the aquatic log service after the policy revision takes effect will be deemed as your acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with the revised content, you must terminate the use of this application immediately.
7. Dispute Resolution Terms
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be settled through friendly email consultation between both parties first. If the consultation cannot reach a consensus, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority where the platform operator is located for final settlement. If any clause of this policy is deemed invalid due to legal changes, the validity of the remaining clauses will remain unaffected. For any privacy-related consultation and support, please contact us via FeslanAquaLog@outlook.com, and we will reply within 7 working days.
